Establishment of Home owners Association

  • Specialized company to establish Home Owners Association under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Law 27 on behalf of any Real Estate Developer in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
    Currently established the following Real Estate projects:
  • TALA HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION
  • FLOATING CITY HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION

Initially managed private properties in 2011. Gradually expanded to become a Commercial Real Estate company under the new Law No. (27) of 2017 With Respect to Promulgating the Real Estate Sector Regulation Law in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
